I cannot recommend Lighthouse enough! We were unexpectedly looking for our third house in 5 years because of moving and jobs. I did not feel optimistic about being able to find the right financing situation but Luke was extremely helpful and found us the only program that would get us to where we needed to be. He was available to us almost around the clock to answer questions and was very prompt and clear throughout the whole process. We absolutely would not have gotten into what we consider our forever home had I not called Luke. This is my first Google review because Lighthouse was that helpful!
